1. No Guaranteed Pass: Fit test outcomes depend on individual fit, facial features, and mask type. A pass result is not guaranteed.
2. Test Duration and Fees: Each fit test lasts 20 minutes. If extended due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., facial hair, unsuitable mask), a new booking and fee may apply.
3. Clean Shaven Requirement: Tests are only conducted on individuals clean-shaven where the mask seals. Attendees with stubble will be asked to shave or may purchase a shaving kit ($15 + GST). Refunds are not offered for refusal to shave.
4. No Makeup Policy: Makeup can interfere with the test and is not permitted during testing.
5. One Mask Per Booking: Only one respirator will be tested per appointment. Multiple masks require separate bookings.
6. Onsite Respirator Purchase: Attendees wishing to purchase a mask on the day must arrive at least 10 minutes early.
7. Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
8. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice forfeits your payment.
