How to Correctly Insert Earplugs

Reach over your head with your free hand and pull your ear up and back.

Insert the earplug so the foam tip is fully inside the canal.

Hold in place for 30 to 40 seconds until it has fully expanded.
Reusable Push-In Foam Earplugs:

Hold the stem in one hand.

Pull your ear up and back with your free hand.

Insert the foam tip fully into the canal.

Use a gentle rocking motion to ensure a deep, comfortable fit.
Reusable Pre-Moulded Push-In Earplugs:

Hold the stem in one hand.

Pull your ear up and back with your free hand.

Insert so all flanges are well inside the canal, ensuring a snug fit.
Correct insertion is critical — even high-quality earplugs will not provide adequate protection if they are not fitted properly.
